I have not benchmarked it or anything, but I did test it on a system that has a 960M which also got 15-20fps, did you try tweaking some of the settings to see if you get better results? Alternatively if you use the provided shortcut file in the download of fix for instant crashes that will boot the game in DirectX11 mode, which should also give you better performance.
