I hardly use the word "art" in the same sentence as "AI generated" anymore, but without a shade of irony, I've got to admit that Odysseon is probably one of the most artistic things I've ever played. Instead of taking clearly defined but soulless imagery, you took the "what-the-hell-am-i-even-looking-at" stuff and put effort into giving it its own soul and personality. Heck, your cutscene animations come off as a genuine early 2000s/90s era product, and not some faux retro nostalgia bait that is so popular nowadays. I love it. I came for the weirdness of this world and its artstyle, and stayed because its inhabitants were genuinely likeable, in spite of their otherwordly appearance, and I loved that contrast for some reason. I wish I knew how to draw just so I could make fanart of this game.
Thank you for the experience. You definitely deserve a nice bowl of soup.
