Have you installed the memory stick? It can help, especially if you research old common search terms like names. To be more specific, you can check the trash can in the kitchen for clues about unlocking the 1st, check the 2nd for clues to unlock the 4th, and check the 27th for clues to unlock the 13th. Hope this helps! If all else fails, you can find the save file (in AppData under Godot Roaming and Redacted One) because it contains all the journal entries unencrypted.
