This was really cute!
The character designs and surprisingly the world-building are very unique and interesting. I love the idea of civilisations being born from different plants and this is a world I would love to see more of.
I also love the different game mechanics; getting investigations, comparing notes, and a battle system all in the game within a month is really impressive.
A couple critiques I had:
-- It would be nice if points of interest during investigation sections could glow to indicate what was clickable. I never had a huge problem finding what to investigate but I did have to just click around a couple times.
-- I had a really hard time figuring out how to beat the 'butterfly' battle and actually had to watch a video to figure out how to do it after failing several times. That may have just been me though.
None of these majorly impacted my experience though and I did majorly enjoy the game overall!
