We have plans for a corruption element! As for special ads like that? Maybe in the future, but I'm fearful about adding Ad's that cause that level of invasion on a user's machine. Might be something we do as a specific pop-up for a specific item.
In relation to the ads, it'd be nice to also have that screen-locked when you lock her to one display. I think there's a lot of room to add stuff to the config to help make the experience what someone wants it to be :) This is probably not super high priority, but would be nice to see down the line
