Does the talking/roleplay affect the game at all or is it mostly just for flavor? such as if you eat while talking do you eat or if someone gets hurt do they lose health or is it more just for having a conversation and not RPing scenarios

There are currently 43 different actions that the game can take based on what happens in RP, but not everything is accounted for.

Is it planned or a possibilty it will be expanded further so that roleplaying can cause most things to happen in game such as losing health, eating, going places, getting a house, etc or other things like that
