There is a problem with RU manual filename, which is shown and the extracted as:
Bloodstone �㪮����⢮ �� ���� RU.pdf
Did you try with BandiZip? It should support all codesets correctly, if this is the issue...
for the sake of an experiment I tried BandiZip as well, however got the same result (as well as in 7-zip, Total Commander). The same result on Linux.
Probably compressed with an archiver not supporting code pages then...
This issue should be fixed in 1.4, please re-download.
