So I noticed that before Dave inputs the password for the everyone's route (excluding Roswell's route) Dave says "the more the pit in my stomach is growing" in red letters, so is that how Dave dies?

Well, it's not as if I'd tell you how Dave dies before it happens in game. You'll find out as you play.
