sorry to hear that. are you using android or iphone?
what happens. does the browser refresh, does the game stop responding?
In my own experience, and this may just be my wifi but I haven't experienced this with many other games, the game will randomly stop working and the screen will go gray with a little sad face in the middle. I haven't found a way to get back to that point besides restarting and hoping I can get further without the same thing happening. (I myself am using Android)
