I don't quite know if you can murder someone, but if they're really a pest, you can 'forget' them in Me > Encounters > Characters to get a similar result. Just think of it as someone else getting to her first.
Theres no death outside one scene in the scripted player slavery. But as the other comment said, you can just forget them.
