I went in because it was said to be restored. Just in case, I tried turning it off and on, but it’s the same situation

I haven't been able to play any of the games I downloaded since I got them. I'm really frustrated. I really like the games you made because I'm in Asia and there's a time difference between us. I can't give you feedback immediately. I'll try playing the game after work, but it still doesn't work today.

My current time is 19:25 on May 7th. It remains the same.
