Kinda cute! Though, if the player looks at controls before pressing play, the game crashes. And also, the game only works at all if there's a second player. The only thing I could really see being "decay" though was just... the state of the kitchen.
I think they just used the decay as mechanic, the orders are decaying and than you make less money. Also the kitch is a mess :D
