Nope. When you break a rule, you've broken that rule. It doesn't magically unbreak. Also, to clarify, when we say "Minor" we're going off of the american standard of a person under 18. No ifs, no buts, no anything.
Why are you asking if you can ask for game updates as a minor when the game specifically asks you if you're 18+ before playing? Go play in the dirt and eat bugs, get outta here.
