Hello,

After a crash in boss room with message (failed matchmaking), all my dragons disappeared when I restarted the game. My account still works but all my dragons are gone.

Is it possible to restore my save from a backup (for example from a 1-2 hours ago)? I think my data might have been corrupted during the crash.

Thank you for your help, I really enjoy your game.

Suggestions:

Add an option to lock dragons (to keep them safe from being deleted).

Add a way for automatic add food in food stock if possible

Question:

Is there a Discord server be available? That would be awesome!

Hello,

Sorry to hear that, I've looked into it for 2 hours but I am unable to restore some of the corrupted data i'm afraid.

this is what happened:

- after the error from matchmaking your dragons where wrongfully not returned to the farm and not saved on the next save attempt to the cloud.

- I tried to access a backup but that was corrupted as well

- I checked your dungeon and found 65 dragons there that were still intact.

- I transferred those dragons to the farm so you can continue breeding with them, note: they are probably not the best dragons you had, sorry for this, I'm unable to solve this and am working on a better backup system.

- Your dungeon traps where corrupted too and placed in the middle of the farm so I decided to reset the dungeon to default too and refund 75k gold to help you rebuild your dungeon.

I know this is not what you probably wanted to hear, but it's the best I could do in the current state of the game, your feedback will help me and other players to prevent these things from happening in the future, it is greatly appreciated!

When you got time try to login to your account and see if it's playable again.

I also did an update which had 4 possible bugs related to matchmaking errors and corrupted data.

as for your suggestions:

- lock a dragon so it can't be deleted (that can be implemented quite easy)

- Automatic food stocking (I might make a building in the shop that does this)

There is currently not a discord server but if more players join up I might make one, for now use this message board.

Hi, thx you so much for your help, and the time spended for me, so i rebreed my dragons team, i have a small problem, today, i get that message literraly every 10 minute, so i need restart, my data save but this message appear each 10 minute !

Hello again :)

I took a quick look at the code that displays this error, it is a prevention of save data getting corrupt.

I found one bug that could be related to it and hotfixed it, the update is live, just reload your game. I hope this fixes that problem, it could appear more on lower spec pc's, especially with lesser CPU/Network capabilities.

If it keeps happening please send a screenshot of the F12 console, there should be something related to saving or loading data.
