What you need to do at Level 3 is the same as what you need to do at Levels 12 and 16. Level 2 is also almost the same, but Level 3 is primarily designed to explain the differences from Level 2.
Welp, I finally understood what I needed to do, even before you replied. Still thanks tho. I think again at this point this should be kind of a later level instead. The hat trick seems to be better level 3 instead imo. Just a suggestion, and no worries if you don't need to.
