I can create it if you have an idea or references for how it should look. However, a creature like this would be quite limited in terms of animations :)
Whichever one works best for you! I'm happy to commission it but if you also just want to tackle it at some point for uploading for others, I'd be fine with that too!
Animations definitely a hard one, might even be best to make it move procedurally honestly
