Does the blowback clock reset to 0 after it's filled? Also, if we have one extra player, what additional goose archetype do you suggest?

The blowback clock serves to trigger a definite change in the demeanor of the victims. There's no need for a reset, since it pushes the game to its climax.
Off the top of my head I could see a Crafty goose, a Hungry goose, or a Floaty goose. As long as their description doesn't encroach on the niche of another goose, and goes up for some but not all of the things the geese are expected to do, you can probably think of other unique spite-fueled birds!
