2 Positives and Negatives:
Positives:
- I enjoy the gameplay loop, the tutorial helped explain it pretty well
- There's so much potential here!!! From the gameplay loop, I could see a game similar to Recettear where you go out, collect things, grow those things, then sell them
Negatives:
- I was initially confused on how seeds work, but figured it out
- When foraging, it felt like there wasn't much to forage. I'm also not sure if I have to, because I have an infinite supply of seeds
Thank you so much for playing! We tried the best to complete in the game jam time but barely finished the gameplay loop and as a consequences the foraging wasn't properly added. The infinite supply of seeds is there because of the lack of foraging to allow the player to experience the gameplay loop. We had a lot of fun playing around with the idea, and like you said, it has a lot of potential that we'll hopefully continue to develop in the future.
With that said, what was your confusion with the seeds?
