Seems like the game gets stuck on the sensitivity warning in windows build. Unfortunately, I can't play it.
Thanks for the info. We are looking into a fix. In the meantime, you should be able to play through the game by deleting the settings.tres file. On windows, it should be located at %APPDATA%\Godot\app_userdata\BLOODFLOW\
