That part basically symbolizes the swap of character, like at first Eric helped Ben and now Ben is in that same situation again but from the other perspective and now it's turn to Ben to help Zach
So that's why at first on that nightmare we play as Eric talking to Ben, then we are suddenly Ben talking to Zach
