Thanks for playing and I'm glad you enjoyed it! The VP shouldn't matter but timing is difficult since you can't as easily grind loyalty.
1. You can't have already accepted another pendant. (ex. be locked in a romance with mikaylis or jeth)
2. You have to bond with her before the war and have to choose to side with her/Brookhaven in the war when given the opportunity.
I suggest using her in battle as much as you can when you have the chance to deploy her, visiting her in the tower whenever you ahve the option, trying to get good replies with her in any convos, and using the book she gives you to increase your bond with her. good luck!
