Love the theme and the overall design and implementation as well!
The main part that got me is that I couldn't quite begin to understand the interaction between all of the systems and actions and incoming jobs. It seemed almost random at times, which I am guessing it partially is supposed to, but it made for an inconsistent play style.
I really do like the idea and just wish I could understand the interplay more. The furthest I made it was mid shift with like 72 job or something and that was on my first playthrough. Subsequent playthroughs were a good bit worse.
