1. I think he would keep the bit going as long as he could, pretending to be scared and fabricating a whole story about how he ended up there. He would lead them to the hatch whilst keeping their hands bound (pretending he cannot break the ziptie), before holding a knife to their throat from behind before they can start to exit.

2. I think Akano would be embarrassed and apologetic, these events are something the pair might never speak about and try to put behind them. I think if MC continually brought up these events as leverage in arguments, Akano would be irritated that they were holding his past against him and this would cause problems in the relationship.

3. If MC cheated in this ending, of course Akano would be very angry. However, if he breaks up with them he risks them going to the police about everything Akano did to them. He faces a dilemma of putting up with it and remaining in the relationship whilst feeling betrayed, or reverting back to his old ways and killing the unfaithful MC.

4. Akano is very similar to this, so I think this would only bother him if MC was unemployed and leeching off him.
