If you forgot to save, then there's nothing you can do.

Actually, I figured it out. By setting the health value to 0.7, you can avoid potential softlocks like what I stupidly did. The health value in the save can circumvent this, and it was found to be 0.11. Basically, 1 is 100% and 0.5 is 50%, for example. So I accidentally solved it by just guesstimating.

I only provide help with in-game solutions.

Something like external cheats or editing the values inside the game files is not a very good thing to suggest people to do, since we do not know what platform they are playing on and whether they know what they're doing or not.
If I suggest people to edit their game files, if something goes wrong, they will gonna blame me because of it.

That's the internet.

Glad that you solved the problem.

AH, now I feel terrible. Didn't think about it like that. I genuinely forgot that there were other versions of the game and now I feel like some dumb elitist. I was also kinda stressed (and relieved) about this whole situation. Mainly because I realised that the game runs in the background, something I somehow completely forgot or didn't notice.
