Are you trying to make the project run in browser? If so, then you should compile it into either a HTML or zip file.

the turbowarp packager doesnt let me put a mod with penguimod extention packs [witch is most likely the reason why that extention bug in my sprunkye2009 mod appeared] do you know how to fix that?
PenguinMod also has a packager of its own. You could try using that instead.
