Thanks for the feedback! In Airport Panic the start button (which is the same button as fire) can be remapped in the settings, but I suspect you probably meant the quick start options for Game 1 and Game 2 available from the play menu. Even though those are not actual buttons on the device itself, for convenience I've now updated the game and added those in the settings so they can be remapped :)
