There should be a symbol next to them indicating they aren’t finished yet.
Oh yeah, fun fact. I NEVER noticed that little panel with quests. all this time ive been checking my progress through the "ongoing goals" panel, lmao. I just noticed it and was about to write it here, but you were faster, i guess. It seems i finished the game then?... Though i still have no idea about the red dune and brothel goals... Or are they WIP too?
