... i'll be honist i perfer itch because unlike steam it doesnt force you to auto update your games so i can continue using a version i liked.
if you download the demo on steam you can just copy/cut the game folder out of the steam folder to wherever you want and it wont be update by steam but it would be nice to have the option to still download the game on itch
What if I want to take it with me to a new airgapped PC? Won't steam DRM refuse to launch the game unless I connect to the internet and authenticate?
this game actually doesn't have DRM (or any other steam feature for that matter)
