I understand, so with Steam regional pricing this will make it a bit better. Though it obviously can still be too expensive. But it should be 103 rand or about 6 USD for you in South Africa.
*That only applies to Steam though, Itch does not allow you to set regional prices. So if you can't buy it on Steam it would be the 9.99 USD during launch week.
