Unfortunately, what you described is a common issue with android build, the problem is that dev tried several times to find the root cause but no avail
It's quite complex, as not every Android player experience said issues, which probably means it could be a hardware + software issue, as in some phones have trouble running this game.
The only thing you can do right now is to clear cache, reboot and hope it helps, next in line would be a reinstall of the game
I highly suggest, if possible, playing a PC version, which is more stable and free of those Android exclusive issues.
