This really needs a tutorial. I had no idea what to do, so I spent 5 minutes just upgrading the robotic arm, fiddling with positioning and the other machines because I couldn't figure out the controls, then ended up quitting.

Thank you so much for stopping by and letting us know! For the loading issue, sometimes a simple page reload does the trick and helps the Unity web player work properly.
