Gabrial's storyline is the worst in randeltales
Being so forcibly stuck into the idea that love is destructive that she would rather actively destroy her friendship with you, permanently, than give you two a shot. Without any in between, and STILL expect sex afterward, is a frustrating ending to what should be the most heartwarming character - the childhood friend.
I discussed this with the lead dev and he said that they're working on it. I had the same dissatisfaction with her route and boxed-in dialogue, which is completely different from how most characters are. He also said that one of the biggest reasons for this is how unclear your choices are affecting her is. Her storyline can definitely use work, and I trust the devs enough to listen to player feedback on this.
