With the link in your message I was able to claim it, from the page instead it's strange, it says pay at least 0$ but then it gives an error.

Exact same situation here. I was able to claim from the sale page but not game page, game page kept throwing errors/not showing purchase button

Sorry for the difficulty - I just updated the game price itself to PWYW, so hopefully others don't have the same issue.

For some reason Itch is having a hard time allowing 100% off unless you use the specific "Sale" page.

I closed the sale early and just dropped the price to PWYW, so you should be able to download it now.
