That might be an error on your end as opposed to Mega but I'll look into it
I just had the same issue. Got to 60% downloading then got stuck at "decrypting". Will try again in a little bit.
edit: tried downloading it again and it worked, with a few hiccups! Looking forward to it, trying it because I heard the music is good.

You should be. On GSL, your game is one of only five AVNs - out of a couple thousand - that have an average audio score of 4.5 or higher. Two of those are Eternum and BaDIK.
I was not aware of that. Just took a look myself and it's actually sitting at 4.7 which I think is the highest on the site
