Hey there! First of all I have to say I love the art, it's really well done. The SFX as well also, it just feels super polished.
I did find it hard to get past day 3 because I didn't understand how I'm meant to make money😭. So I just kept hiring but no money came in, so I do think your game could heavily benefit from a tutorial. But other than that its a nice game. Good job :D
