It seems that deleting instances of blocks and things, using the right mouse button, doesn't work. There is no other way to delete instances right now?
Sorry, I should note, you need to not be in the Select tool. If you're on the Block, Slope, Thing, Item, or Player tool, it will let you delete things with right-click. I'll update the docs.
