Yeah, that's a known bug, the plugin I use for the vore mechanics in battle can get weird with targeting sometimes. I don't exactly have a clean -fix- for it per se, but I have reorganized a lot of the enemies in the coming update so hopefully it'll be less prevalent of an issue then!!
