There's a few minigames you'll be able to play to grind for money later on!! Though you'll honestly be able to afford most of the important items from shops and stuff just by playing through the story normally haha
All the bonus scenes will stay Patreon-exclusive! I'm actually planning to continue working on games like this once Evoria is done so the patreon will still be up and running with new bonus content and behind-the-scenes stuff even after this game is done!
If you check the podiums in the Adventurer's Guild with the question marks over them, they should tell you which quests you've missed! (If there aren't any question marks then you're good to continue the main story, more sidequests will unlock later haha)
Thank you so much, that really means a lot!!! One of the best pieces of writing advice I've ever got was that you've gotta let yourself suck at it for a bit. The more you do it, the more you get into a rhythm and the better your stuff'll get!! (Honestly, I think some of the earlier areas in Evoria are kinda underdeveloped, especially compared to the newer stuff haha)
Just copy and paste from the "saves" file of your old version into the new one! (though if it's a save from before version 0.8.0, there will be some bugs that pop up, so be warned!)
Deltarune is actually a huge inspiration for me creatively!! (I even use some music from it in Evoria) You can definitely see the influence from it in my stuff haha
There's actually a reason for that!! The bomb enemy has max defense (because the goal was to make it completely unable to be attacked at all) but the way the action command attacks are programmed, even if you fail, it'll always do somewhere around 50 damage, which will ignore the enemy's defense stat! Of course, the bomb also has like 999999 HP so yeah there's no way to beat it unless you hack the game haha
Some of the old pictures for the game were outdated, so I updated them!! Nothing huge, though the next update should still be coming relatively soon haha
That's a bug that happens when you try to use an old save from before version 0.8.0! Try using a save from the Evoria Chapter Select files (https://mega.nz/folder/ELEGBYoB#mNj3BZmZzrQsElczIGGN3A) and that should fix it!!
Aw thank you, I'm really glad you're enjoying the game!! I don't have like an estimate set in stone (it can be hard to gauge how long these things take haha) but it is pretty much always actively being worked on!!
Chapters 8-10 haven't been made yet actually hahaha. All the main game will be completely free! The only stuff for members on the Patreon is extra bonus content!
That's just the credits, for some reason they freeze up on some computers. Luckily, that's the end of the content, so you're not missing out on anything!
The modernites in the database issue is from using older saves (because in the Chapter 7 update I changed how the database is organized- it should be fixed once you hit the "your database feels heavier" soft reset at the beginning of Chapter 7), but I'll see if I can get the other crash fixed!
