Hi, the demo works exactly in the same way that the full version works, just with some limitations.
If you tried the demo, and it didn't work, then you should not have bought it.
Also, the software works, as you can see from hundreds of happy paying customers.
You can absolutely start a refund process with itchio, but please be honest.
I am being honest, it did not work, I adjusted to the highest level of accuracy. I let it work, most parts of the movie (a movie in Spanish called "Lost olvidados", The Young and the damn in English), and it only generated a [Music] subtitle in most of the movie. Subtitle Edit gave me a much better job. I am sorry, but just as you asked, I have to be honest. Thank you anyway.
