There's a code that has a very rare chance of replacing the new stage text and you have to type out the code while on the main menu.

I started using gag morse code bits due to a super old UCN Five Nights at F**kboy's fangame which made you put in "-. .. -.-. . / - .-. .- -. ... .-.. .- - --- .-." to get Endo1 as a party member.
Pointy Penelope herself was inspired by the Sparky the Dog FNaF 1 hoax along with other gaming hoaxes on top of unlockable joke characters like Robomando from Risk of Rain Returns but mainly Inv from Rain World who also has you type in a code on the main menu to unlock her.
Her design and abilities were barely thought out honestly, I based her on a comment about a joke character for a real version of Bird Game could be a anthro plane and because of that I was going to make her a furry shark but there's no furries in Fat Fleet so I just made her a off putting robot maid which ironically fits with the whole SUCKER morse code but doesn't fit with her being a plane as she probably should have had a flight attendant outfit instead.
I had no idea wtf to do with her inflation/weight gain stuff hence why she has a large stomach in one image meanwhile she's meant to be focused on her tits getting bigger which I did in another fake screenshot but the main image still has her with a large stomach in the background so oof, lol. Her ability was going to originally be a shockwave AOE but I didn't like that idea and the charge beam attack concept also didn't really let her stand out alongside the existing real cast of the game so I went with the shotgun idea to fit with her being both a plane and a maid, making her like a screwed up glitchy robot Scout.
