Cool concept, fancy seeing a coop game.

I like the need to work together over the wood by the cauldron.

I had a hard time figuring out how to properly interact with objects (where you need to stand to make things happen, what requires teamwork and such).

The highlighting was good enough, but it still took me a moment to figure out that first you need to pour the water and then handle the ingredients. Let alone that you have to climb the ladder with the fruit.

It was a little bit of a skill issue on my part - since you highlighted the releavant items. But I still think the cookbook should mayhaps have two pages - one where it tells you to pout water (maybe even special level for each recipe)

And when you are done you flip it for the ingredients.
Cuz when I got my hands on the ingredients I immediatelly tried to climb the firewood and throw the pieces in from there.
Especially since the knife works to cut the fruits even if you throw it from the firewood blok.

And imo the cat is a cool concept, but it is so annoying making the switch go back up, it is better to just ignore it and work in dim light.
If you really wanted that mechanic you maybe should have made it completely dark aside from the switch and the player characters who would glow a little.

Also I am convinced the arrow that tells you the water level is correct on the screenshot, but incorrect in game - it points above the scale and when you pour the water on that level you get 1 star and making it overflow - maybe I am missing something and I did not go and check if the top of the scale is the correct water level, but thats what I think

The knife is not supposed to work from the wood - the idea was that user is supposed to go to the upper layer and throw it on the knife :D

About the water as first ingredient - we had a talk about this. Artists were telling me to add it to the book on the first page, however, I thought it would be obvious if we add the word soup in the main menu.

The arrow was moved after the screenshot was made. There’s indeed thin line between overflow and having enough water, however, it can be done without overflowing.
