my end score was about a row and a half away from max difficulty, and i had been running without popups a good 5 minutes i think before i decided to drop back and see the thing chasing me. i actually got really close to losing in the beginning when i was trying to figure out the popup controls but pulled it back and away, took maybe 30 sec from there to realize there were no popups anymore c:
