I have also encountered an endless loop in the cloth maker shop in Snowhold. I brought the crystals and played through the event. At the end of the event it automatically restarts the event from the beginning.
There are also several instances of Laura (Lara, Lora) duplicating or not leaving Rosiel during certain events.
