From what i could see, you're going to add more story with the landlord and the protagonist. It made me wonder, how many people is she going to mess with? That led me to think that adding something like routes would be a good idea. For example, the protagonist can freely choose whether to go and develop her relationship with the landlord, or hypothetically with the neighbor, or her friend, or any other future character. That would give the player more control and make the game more dynamic. These don't have to be routes in the strict sense. The protagonist can even jump from one route to another (going with the neighbor, then with the landlord, etc. for example) without affecting the linear story of the chapters, lengthening the content and making it even more replayable. My opinion anyway. I don't know if it will be helpful. Anyway. Congratulations on your hard work on the game.
