I think It's the fact that she's used and abused, she died with the same sword that killed her father(she's too precious to end up like that). I'd be mad too(it's just a fiction!).
That's not why they're mad. They're mad because apparently they thought she was an LI (I guess any remotely pretty girl is an LI) and automatically called it NTR.
