Except he ditched the server about 2 months after he sent this message and disappeared. The other devs are also silent.

I'm not asking for a clear route or linear path. I've played many sandbox VNs (HHG, Goddesses Whim, Mythic Manor, Scarlet Law, School of Love, AI Revolution, etc.), and pretty much all of them provide the player with a way of checking if all content is complete for the main story and/or a girl. This way I can choose what events I want to do in any order, hence the sandbox aspect.
Here, there's not even a way to check the trust stat for any of the girls, or how much trust you'd need for the next event. Just something that shows progress would be helpful.
Overall enjoyed this VN, but I gotta say that the latter part of the game feels pretty lackluster.
(Light spoilers, nothing specific)
There was some sort buildup with cannibals, but that just didn't really amount to much. Even a strange emphasis on that bandit woman (no I wasn't expecting her to be an LI), but she just ended up getting shot by Julie and that was it.
Overall, the vibe I got was that the developer was getting burned out and just wanted to be done with the story. It just felt rushed and anticlimactic at the end.
When I heard about multiple endings, I thought it would be actually different endings. Not really, it's pretty much same ending, with the only differences being how romanced everyone.
Really enjoyed this game. Very rarely do I get to play a complete game. Glad I found it now.
I have to say though (spoiler warning), I think Mila was wasted potential. Thinking about it, her character didn't really contribute anything to the story. I was 100% expecting her to assist the MC in arresting Victor, but nah, she kind of just left. If you wanted to have them part ways in the true ending, then that's fine, it's just I wish it felt earned and justified, which I personally didn't feel here. I wish she was more than someone who just saw the MC as a tool. Perhaps she could've learned to see him as a person she truly loved.
Another thing is that there are a lot of grammar mistakes. Normally, I don't point this out for games, but this one was pretty egregious.
