Siding with some of the comments already. Not to dismiss the fantastic animation quality but seems like every new update is minimal new content and there's hardly an incentive for people to keep paying 8 dollars more. As others said... even a roadmap with a semblance of finality would be great. As for direction of the game... story or dialogue wouldn't be too difficult to implement. Or if that's not in the cards what else could we expect.

From Eromancer:
One thing we probably haven’t handled well enough on itch is giving the broader dev context. There are lengthy progress updates each month on SubscribeStar and Fansly, and I’d like for more of that to be included in the itch releases too, even if it's English only for now. Without that context, especially over a longer period, I can see how we may not have communicated the bigger picture well.
Those updates cover things like the 7 large stages we’re working on, Onyx’s expanded move set, goals for enemies and bosses, progress on potential additional player characters, improvements to the H content and animation systems, and how we’re putting it all together.
Unfortunately, announcement-style information can easily get treated as hard promises, and games like this also attract a lot of bad-faith scrutiny, so we’re careful about what we commit to publicly (especially when development schedules can get upended by payment processor and platform issues). That said, we'll try to make more posts on our public channels focused on the more concrete aspects of development so that itch supporters have a clearer sense of what’s being worked on and where things are headed.
