Great game! There are 2 quests I cant finish, where can I find the Master below the dam? I looked for him for 2 hours at least! Also still have no clue how to activate the element well in the black lake...

The element well requires you to follow light in the water near a sign in the water cave. Can you name the quests you can't finish?
There are 2 masters at the dam. The wolf inside the dam (talk to him with Benno in the party), and one on an island in the lower water area, north-east. of the sand bank.
