A note: Battery Saving should be a togglable option, not forced. I shouldn't be lagging on pc because of a feature being forced on meant for devices I'm not using.
As far as the lag, pretty much everything moving on the screen causes the lag to get worse and worse, to the point where I have to be in the Auto tab to intercept raiders via that prompt. I'd definitely look in to making the power saving thing a toggleable option - an idle game should not be slowing to seconds per frame on a modern Ryzen CPU and GeForce 4060. Other than that, game's decent for an idle/incremental style game, and that's saying a lot given just how many of them out there are absolute garbage.
