It's my first time seeing this error message, but it sounds to me like there is a data limit (quota) in your settings. Maybe it's possible to change that setting or do something like clear the cache
If it' a general problem with the phone settings, maybe google for "QuotaExeededError android" and look at the suggested solutions.
Does the problem only appear with this individual progress of 100+ hours or do you get it when you try to save a newer game as well? (Just to make sure if it's related to the individual save files or not.)
Do you have thousands of cheated items, a way overloaded magic storage, or anything else that could completely blow up the file size of the save?
